We ship free worldwide on every order. No minimum spend, no shipping charges added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing, carrier delays and peak periods such as Halloween can extend them.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to become active.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll amend it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
